Raphael Geminder
Raphael (Ruffy) Geminder is Chairman of the Pact Group, a leading Australasian packaging business with a wide range of rigid plastic and metal packaging products. The Pact Group was floated on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2013, and Ruffy remains a majority shareholder. Ruffy is also the founder and Chairman of the Kin Group, the Geminders’ family business, which holds a diversified international investment portfolio.

Before he acquired the Pact Group, Ruffy was the co-founder and Chairman of Visy Recycling, which grew to become the largest recycling company in Australia.
Ruffy holds an MBA in Finance and was previously a funds broker in New York before immigrating to Australia.
Ruffy was appointed Victoria's first Honorary Consul to the Republic of South Africa in July 2006. Ruffy holds a number of other advisory and Board positions.
Ruffy and his wife, Fiona have four children – Georgia, Ben, Annabel and Samantha.
