You Speak. We Listen: Strengthening Dynapack Asia’s Speak Up Mechanism

You Speak. We Listen: Introducing “Confide”, Dynapack Asia’s Speak Up Platform

On February 24, 2026, Dynapack Asia officially launched an enhanced group wide Speak Up mechanism designed to strengthen ethical governance and reinforce safe working conditions across its operations in Southeast Asia and China. The mechanism replaces the company’s previous reporting mechanism, which lacked anonymity safeguards and multilingual accessibility. This upgrade reflects a strategic shift from a functional reporting channel to a more structured governance infrastructure. The Speak Up mechanism provides a secure and anonymous avenue for employees, suppliers, business partners, and external stakeholders to report concerns related to fraud, bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, safety violations, human rights issues, environmental misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and breaches of the Code of Conduct.

To safeguard confidentiality and ensure impartial handling, all reports are managed by an independent third-party partner, while Dynapack Asia’s Ethics Committee reviews each case and determines appropriate actions in accordance with established governance procedures. The mechanism is accessible through the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal and Dynapack Asia’s corporate website. It supports multiple languages, including Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Mandarin, and English, reflecting the company’s regional footprint.  The addition of a voice recording feature further enhances accessibility across diverse operational environments. By removing technical and linguistic barriers, Dynapack Asia aims to encourage broader participation and strengthen trust across its stakeholder network.

The launch of this enhanced Speak Up mechanism aligns with internationally recognized governance frameworks, including the United Nations Global Compact Principles, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, and SA8000 Social Accountability standards. Effective grievance mechanisms are a fundamental expectation under global labor and human rights standards, ensuring that workplace concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation. Dynapack Asia strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith, reinforcing its commitment to non-discrimination, safe working conditions, and ethical conduct. Mukti Astuti Ciptaningtyas, Human Resources Business Unit Head of Dynapack Asia, emphasized the importance of collective accountability. She highlighted that through the Speak Up mechanism, the company encourages active participation from employees, suppliers, and business partners to raise concerns safely and anonymously.

By strengthening trust and protection, the mechanism helps foster a healthy working environment and supports the long-term resilience of the business Sustainable performance depends on robust policies and controls, supported by the confidence of individuals to speak up when standards are compromised. By institutionalizing a secure, accessible, and independent reporting mechanism, Dynapack Asia reinforces accountability as an operational discipline and positions governance integrity as a strategic foundation for long-term business sustainability.
