In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, Dynapack Asia reaffirms its commitment to advancing an inclusive workplace where women are respected, supported, and empowered to grow professionally. This year’s global theme from UN Women, “Rights. Justice. Action. For All Women and Girls.” highlights the importance of translating commitments to gender equality into tangible actions within organizations. For Dynapack Asia, gender equality is closely connected to long-term sustainability and responsible business growth. As part of its Sustainability Targets 2030, the company has committed to achieving more than 40% women’s representation in senior positions, reflecting a broader effort to strengthen inclusive leadership and equal opportunities across its operations in Southeast Asia and China.
At Dynapack Asia, empowering women is embedded in the company’s broader effort to strengthen inclusive workplaces across its operations. Through equal access to professional development, supportive leadership, and safe working environments, the organization continues to create pathways for women to grow, contribute, and pursue long-term careers in the manufacturing sector. These efforts reflect Dynapack Asia’s commitment to building a workforce where diversity and opportunity reinforce both organizational capability and long-term-sustainability. Beyond structured initiatives, Dynapack Asia’s commitment to equality is also reflected in the long-term careers of women who have grown alongside the company. One such example is Mali Mingkhwan, a Blow Molding Operator at Berli Dynaplast in Thailand, who joined the company in 1992.
When she first started, Mali faced uncertainty as she adapted to unfamiliar machinery and industrial processes. With guidance from supervisors and the support of colleagues, she gradually developed the skills required to perform her role effectively. Over more than three decades, her journey reflects how access to learning opportunities and supportive workplace environments can enable women to build stable and meaningful careers in the manufacturing industry. Her experience also highlights the broader meaning of International Women’s Day as a recognition of women’s potential, contributions, and role in advancing social progress. In industrial environments where technical roles have traditionally been male-dominated, stories like Mali’s demonstrate how equal access to training, mentorship, and supportive leadership can create pathways for women to thrive. International Women’s Day therefore serves not only as a moment of recognition, but also as a reminder that advancing rights, justice, and meaningful action for women requires sustained commitment at every level of the organization. Through continuous efforts to create inclusive workplaces and empower its people, Dynapack Asia aims to ensure that opportunities for women continue to grow alongside the company’s long-term sustainability journey.
