Celebrating International Women’s Day 2026, Dynapack Asia held an interactive learning session organized by the Soebekti Hambali Learning Center (SHLC) on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 at the Ballroom, 7th Floor of Dynaplast Tower, Tangerang, and attended by employees across the group through a hybrid format. The event brought together 49 participants from Dynapack Asia’s operations in Southeast Asia and China, creating a platform to reflect on the role of women in shaping inclusive workplaces and strengthening leadership within the manufacturing sector. Aligned with the global theme promoted by UN Women, “Rights. Justice. Action. For All Women and Girls.” The session highlighted how organizations can translate commitments to gender equality into practical actions. At Dynapack Asia, fostering an inclusive workplace is closely connected to long-term sustainability and responsible business growth. As part of its Sustainability Targets 2030, the company continues to strengthen inclusive leadership and equal opportunities across its operations, reinforcing a workplace culture where employees can develop and contribute regardless of gender.
The event featured a panel discussion with Iwan Setiawan, Business Unit Head West 2 of Dynaplast Plant 06 (DP 06), alongside two female leaders from the same facility: Oktarina Musdalipah, Blow Molding Production Department Head, and Diara Kenastiti, Injection Stretch Blow Molding Department Head, both from DP 06. The discussion explored leadership development, workplace culture, and the evolving role of women in industrial environments. During the session, Iwan Setiawan emphasized that inclusive leadership begins with trust and opportunity. Leaders play an important role in creating environments where individuals are encouraged to grow and take responsibility. He also highlighted several strengths often demonstrated by women leaders in operational settings, including multitasking ability, attention to detail, resilience, and effective communication, qualities reflected in the leadership journeys of Oktarina and Diara.

Drawing from their professional experiences, Oktarina Musdalipah and Diara Kenastiti shared insights into the challenges they encountered while building careers in manufacturing, an industry traditionally perceived as male-dominated. They spoke about overcoming gender stereotypes and balancing professional and personal responsibilities, while emphasizing that effective communication, empathy, and collaboration are essential in managing teams and building trust in the workplace. Beyond the panel discussion, the event also encouraged interactive participation. Employees exchanged appreciation cards to recognize the contributions of female colleagues across teams, reinforcing a culture of mutual respect and recognition among both women and men. Participants also joined a creative plastic decoration activity using recycled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) materials, demonstrating how creativity and sustainability can intersect in everyday workplace initiatives.
The session concluded with closing remarks from Mukti Astuti Ciptaningtyas, Human Resource Business Unit Head of Dynapack Asia, who reaffirmed the company’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture built on respect, equal opportunity, and collaboration. She emphasized that initiatives such as the International Women’s Day session represent more than a celebration, they reflect Dynapack Asia’s ongoing efforts to strengthen gender equality and create an environment where employees feel empowered to contribute and grow. By creating spaces for dialogue, recognition, and shared learning, Dynapack Asia continues to strengthen an inclusive workplace culture while celebrating the contributions of women across its operations. As the company advances its sustainability journey, empowering women remains a key pillar in building a resilient workforce and supporting long-term business growth across Southeast Asia and China.
