Behind every production line and operational target, there are people whose well-being determines how sustainable a business can truly be. International Labour Day 2026, under the shared message of “Protection, Safety, and Care for Workers,” reinforces a simple but critical principle: businesses grow stronger when workers are protected, treated fairly, and supported beyond their immediate roles. This direction is widely recognized by the International Labour Organization, which defines decent work through fair wages, safe working conditions, and social protection. These principles are increasingly shaping how responsible companies design their operations and workforce strategies.
At Dynapack Asia, these commitments are embedded in its Human Rights Policy, covering fair compensation, safe and healthy working conditions, and respect for workers’ dignity. Wages are aligned with national regulations across all operating countries, while a strong safety culture is integrated into daily practices through prevention, awareness, and shared responsibility.

Employee well-being is also approached beyond the workplace. Through the Soebekti Hambali Scholarship Fund (SHSF), Dynapack Asia extends its support to employees’ families, recognizing that long-term workforce stability is closely linked to access and opportunity. Between 2023 and 2025, the program has supported 30 beneficiaries, reflecting a continued effort to invest in the next generation.
At the operational level, these principles are translated into tangible action. In Thailand, Berli Dynaplast (BDP) participated in the National Labour Day 2026 initiative organized by the Lopburi Provincial Office of Labour Protection and Welfare. The event brought together government representatives, employers, employees, and labour network partners to deliver community-based improvements.
Activities focused on enhancing public facilities at the Tham Phu Pha Tham Charoen Suk meditation center, which supports hill tribe children. Contributions included landscape improvements and the development of electrical infrastructure, such as solar panel installations, helping create a safer and more functional environment for community use. Through its participation, BDP also contributed to the collective effort alongside other stakeholders, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in supporting worker welfare and community resilience.
This initiative reflects how Labour Day can move beyond recognition into action. It highlights that workers are not only drivers of economic activity but also key partners in building inclusive and sustainable communities. As Dynapack Asia continues its sustainability journey, these efforts demonstrate a consistent direction in which protection, safety, and care are embedded in everyday decisions. In this way, supporting people is not only a responsibility but a foundation for long-term business sustainability.
