Our good governance framework consists of relevant regulations and practices that reflect the company’s tradition and history.

To achieve this goal, we pursue Dynapack Values within the organization and embedding 10 UNGC Principles into our business. Furthermore, all our employees should follow Code of Conduct to comply with laws and ethical practices as well as to express our concrete commitment to sustainability. Code of Conduct sets out the company’s position on working conditions, discrimination, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, financial reporting, compliance, corruption, bribery, child exploitation, environmental issues and sustainable procurement. Dynapack code of conduct has also applied for our business partners and suppliers.

We are committed to make progress towards our sustainability goals and updating our way in operating our business. We want to be transparent and build trust for our customers, partners, suppliers, and public, so it is critical for us to behave ethically and responsibly. We strive to align our business & operation in accordance with global scale-accepted principals of good governance and best practice, the process valued by numerous audits such as SEDEX, Carbon Disclosure Program (CDP), Ecovadis and United Nation Global Compact (UNGC).

Transparency

To build transparency among our customers as our responsibility to stands for sustainable sourcing, we work with sustainability assessment platform such as Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (Sedex), EcoVadis and CDP. For now, we have only many operations assessed, but will have all operational areas to be fully assessed in 2030.

Whistle Blowing

Employee could anonymously suspect breaches and report the actual without being penalized in any way. The procedure according to Code of Conduct, other any unethical behavior also could be reported to The Audit team. Any case will be investigated appropriately and criminal incident will be reported to relevant authority.
