We believe that our business would bring so much meaning by giving back to the community where we operate. Dynapack Asia wants to be committed to conduct business that not only focused on profit, but also to grow align with the surrounding society and environment.
Emphasizing our focus on Environment and Education, we are collaborating with various partners, including NGO, we even take a big step by establishing new entities to sustain our programs. April 2021 marked as the groundbreaking for our recycling PET facility- a project collaboration with Coca-Cola European Partner (CCEP) where we are also introducing PT. Amandina Bumi Nusantara and Mahija Parahita Nusantara Foundation as part of our body to operate circular economy missions both for environment and social aspects. PT. Amandina Bumi Nusantara will be in charge for PET recycling projects, meanwhile Mahija Parahita Nusantara Foundation will be focused to develop waste collections system by partnering with waste picker or collection centers across Indonesia.
The rPET Project will be fully operated in 2022. Through Mahija Foundation, we ensure our operations respects human rights, upholding equality and encourage microeconomic development.
Bali Beach Clean Up
During 2018-2020, we collaborated with CCEP to take care the environment of beaches in Bali through Bali Beach Clean Up Program (BBCU). Dynapack Asia support overall activities to keep the beaches at southern Bali clean and environmentally safe. Thereby with in BBCU program, we also conduct series of campaign and education for community about waste-sorting management.
Bali as the tourism destination in Indonesia plays a role in strengthen its local economy. Unfortunately, the environmental damage raised align with the development of infrastructure, facilities and with the wave of tourist coming to the island. During end of year, southern Bali will be blanketed by abundance of waste coming from the sea. Bali Beach Clean Up established to address the issue of environmental damage at beaches at Bali, especially the southern area, the 5 major beaches: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran & Kedonganan.
Employee Child-Scholarship
Believing that education is a key essential to build the nation, we support our employee’s child with scholarship. There are more than 50 talented-employee’s children has been supported with full scholarship in the past two years. The scholarship given in the form of tuition fee support and other essential needs such as textbooks and extracurricular activities.
Scholarship is also given to the child of employee who has passed away caused by covid19 disease. We care to the child who has lost their breadwinner, we want them to continue their education, so they will grow well and be independent and stands for their family. Scholarship given to 1 child per family, given to especially they-who is now studying in college.
The Apprentice Program
Employee is a valuable asset for us and we want to embrace more talented-youth to lead our business in the future. Apprenticeship Program opened annually for fresh graduates, the Program designed in a systematic training to prepare high talented employees to be the future leader in the organization by equipping them with the required skills, knowledge and attitudes. The Apprentice Program enable employee to have a fast-track career by experience a structural and rich learning series and exposed to various level of management and areas.

Covid19 Response
In response to Covid19 condition, Dynapack Asia has been take several actions to minimize the impact of the pandemic outbreak, in our subsidiaries and operational areas. For sure, we take care the employees who has impacted by the virus, covering their health-needs so they could be recovered and back to business.
Per August 2021, Dynapack Asia has 60% employee vaccinated in Singapore,56% in China and 45% in Indonesia. The percentage will continue to raise, meanwhile other areas such as Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam are still on its way. We have conducted series of vaccine-days for operational areas, encourage employee to be vaccinated and involved in external vaccination-sessions. Supporting national and global mission in tackling pandemic, we will ensure that our employee is fully vaccinated.
Dynapack Asia has also donate in kind of equipment’s for the community. In 2020, we have partnering with Habitat for Humanity to provide handwashing and hygiene facilities to 11 schools in Tangerang, Banten and delivering pandemic-education for teacher and school staff. We also donate more 10,000 pieces of mask to United Nation Global Compact (UNGC) operated in Indonesia, health facilities in our operational areas in Cikarang, Tangerang, several areas in Thailand, swab stick donation to the University of Indonesia’s laboratory and food & beverage support for 4 hospitals in Jakarta by partnering with CCEP.
